Shortcode keyword
If you wish to use several actions with one shortcode, you need to use keywords. A keyword is the first word of an SMS message. For example: SMS JOB to 2400. In this case, JOB is the keyword.
Using keywords allow messages starting with that keyword to be linked to your account. Therefore, you do not need your own shortcode.
